We are launching CDP as a standalone product, so you can use it whether or not you choose to send your customer messages with us. The workflow automation, identity management, and segmentation product you know and love is now called Customer.io Journeys.
We believe in flexibility, not vendor lock-in. We think we have a great messaging product, but even if you don’t want to use us for messaging, CDP will support sending data to any provider. We’ll support anyone, even if they compete with us. Similarly, if you use Customer.io Journeys, you can still use any customer data platform of your choice.
We designed CDP to connect your data with every product you might want to use. We support the most common destinations, including analytics and CRM tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and HubSpot. We’re constantly adding more integrations, so you’ll always have access to the best services on the market.
As a product company ourselves, we know that access to good data is essential to the level of personalization, multi-channel targeting, and product integration that modern marketers must deliver.
