We used Mailchimp before, but they didn’t really fulfill all of our needs. While browsing for a new platform, we spoke with several companies that had experience with Customer.io and all the feedback was super positive.
When we were on MailChimp, we had severe deliverability issues for 2 reasons. The first being that we weren’t able to be on our own dedicated IP like we’re able to on Customer.io.
