I am a Growth Specialist with a focus on Marketing Automation: I develop strategies to grow e-commerce businesses and SaaS brands by building automatic, relevant, and personalized communications with leads and customers via Email and WhatsApp.
I use a data-driven approach centered on experimentation and optimization to work on the whole Customer Lifecycle.
I apply the Sand-Mill Model, a framework I developed as an evolution of the Traditional Marketing Funnel to create effective Customer Journeys by leveraging Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing. Originally conceived as an academic research project, I have since used it to support the growth of 50+ companies through consulting and strategic guidance.
Starting with qualitative and quantitative analysis, I build conversion paths and diagnose retention issues between the first and subsequent purchases, resolving them by constructing a Rebuy Wheel, as it is defined in the Sand-Mill Model jargon.
