Multiple workspaces allow you to keep audiences (leads/customers, products, countries, sites/apps) separate with all their own relevant data and APIs associated. In addition, anonymous IDs help associate actions taken by people you don’t know with their own profile. This gives you endless opportunities to send relevant content to turn leads into customers.

When we were on MailChimp, we had severe deliverability issues for 2 reasons. The first being that we weren’t able to be on our own dedicated IP like we’re able to on Customer.io. Our emails weren’t going where they needed to go. The second was our inability to filter out users, and clean up lists within Mailchimp.
