Usage Policy

To simplify our billing practices, we’re updating all plans to include unlimited in-app and push notifications. SMS and webhook messages will also no longer be counted towards the included message sends in your plan. As part of this change, we’re adding a fair use policy of 60 messages per profile per month (for Essential customers) and 100 messages per profile per month (for Premium & Enterprise customers) to ensure that all users have a fair and equal opportunity to reach their target audiences.

If you exceed the allotted messages per month per profile limit, your messages may be blocked or delayed. You may also receive a warning or be suspended from the platform. Customer.io reserves the right to increase or otherwise change this offering at its discretion.
