Usage Policy
*Please note this Usage Policy was updated to include a new Disclaimer for clarity.
To simplify our billing practices, we’ve updated all plans to include unlimited push notifications, unlimited in-app, SMS, and webhook messages, and unlimited Data Pipelines API calls. As part of this change, we’ve added a fair use policy:
- 60 messages per profile per month (for Essentials customers) and 100 messages per profile per month (for Premium & Enterprise customers)
- 10 million Data Pipelines API calls to non-Journeys destinations per day (for Essentials customers) and 100 million Data Pipelines API calls to non-Journeys destinations per day (for Premium & Enterprise customers)
This policy is to ensure that all users have a fair and equal opportunity to reach their target audiences. If you exceed the allotted messages or API calls, your messages or API calls may be blocked or delayed. You may also receive a warning or be suspended from the platform. Customer.io reserves the right to increase or otherwise change this offering at its discretion.
