How many team members can I add to my account?

As many as you want!

Where do you store customer data?

Today, data is stored in a US-based data center. An EU-based data center is coming soon!

What sources and destinations do you support?

For the full list, check out our source catalog and our destination catalog. We are always adding more! You can also build your own connection with our webhook destination.

How do you calculate my bill?

We charge based on the number of monthly API calls you send. The Starter plan includes 1M monthly API calls and the Premium plan includes a minimum of 10M monthly API calls. Additional API calls will be charged on a sliding scale at a maximum of $0.0002. Calls sent to Journeys workspaces will not be charged.

How soon can I start using my account?

You can start integrating and adding data to Customer.io immediately after sign-up.

Does Customer.io own the data I put into the system?

Nope! Your data stays your data. Please read our privacy policy for more info.

What are my payment options?

For monthly subscriptions, we only accept payment by credit card. Annual subscribers have the option of receiving an invoice, which can be paid via ACH or Wire.
