What does the program include?

As we all learn to adapt to the changes that COVID-19 brings our world, Customer.io wants to help you communicate via email, SMS, and push notifications at no cost. From now through the end of 2020 our services will be pro bono for organizations directly involved with COVID-19.

What if I'm already a customer and qualify?

Contact win@customer.io, and we will make sure to review your account and accept you into the program if you meet the qualifications.

I’m not sure if I qualify, what should I do?

Organizations such as local governments, schools, healthcare providers, and nonprofits directly associated with COVID-19 efforts qualify. If you are unsure if your business falls under those categories, apply with information on your company, and our team will review your application and respond to your inquiry.
