Enable experimental features

The Experimental Features setting lets you try out features we’re working on and presents you the opportunity to tell us how you feel about them.

How it works

Experimental features are typically things that we hope improve our interface—and your experience with it. We want to ensure that they actually help you before we release these features, so we invite you to try them and let us know how you feel about them.

Most experimental features affect you and only you. When you enable an experimental feature, you only won’t affect anybody else in your workspace, but other users in your workspace are free to

Experimental features are generally stable, and safe to turn on, though we can’t say for sure that they’re bug-free.

Enable or disable an experimental feature

When you enable an experimental feature, you enable it for yourself in every workspace that you have access to. You do not affect other users.

  1. In the upper right of the Customer.io interface, click and click Experimental features.

  2. Turn experimental features on or off.
