Increase security with two-factor authentication (2FA)

The moment you send your data to us, we forge an unspoken understanding: you trust us to have your back, and we take that trust and your relationship with us very seriously.
With that in mind, you can now increase the security of your account by using two-factor authentication (2FA). Turn it on in your Customer.io account security settings. We highly recommend you enable 2FA, and encourage your team to do so as well.
Once you enable 2FA, there will be an added step in order to log in to your account — you’ll be required to provide a secure and changing token that is shared between us, in addition to entering your username and password. This is an important security mechanism to prevent an attacker from gaining access to your Customer.io account and the information contained within.
