Customer.io Slack is official: we’ve gone through the application process, and have been approved by the Slack folks. We now have our very own listing in the App Directory!

Don’t worry— nothing’s changing with your current Slack actions or the functionality of those actions within Customer.io; we just wanted to share the good news! 🎉
